10th September 2016, Midginbil Hill.

About a month ago we travelled down to NSW to the absolutely stunning Midginbil Hill to document the Wedding of Hannah + Mitch Macdonald.  It is just a little further past Mt Warning and on into the amazing valley.  The weather was a little cloudy but it gave the most incredible atmosphere with low lying clouds that made it seem like there was a mist in the air.  Like stepping into a fairy tale land.  Midginbil Hill is the most amazing place with a gorgeous lodge where the bride and bridesmaids got ready.  Stunning purple flowers outlined its rustic walls. There is even some awesome glamping accommodation on the hill beside and lets not forgot the tropical fish in the fish tank.  Hannah had chosen a gorgeous pastel rainbow of colours for her Wedding and everything matched in perfectly.  Chantel her Wedding planner had put together an amazing day down to the finest details.  She chose some incredible suppliers to help make Hannah’s and Mitch’s day everything they had dreamed of.  The girls for “ Get Goddess Hair and beauty ” did a beautiful job of the girls hair.  It was decided as the weather was a little wet that the best place for the ceremony was at Cram Farm under the big fig tree.  Which was a stunning spot and the fig tree did provide some shelter from the weather.  There was a small mishap which involved a hill, a handbreak and tree and as Hannah and the girls arrived to ceremony, an uninvited guest greeted them and tried to get in the car (A Python).  Never a dull moment.  Kerry Nijam gave a wonderful ceremony and Mitch and Hannah exchanged their vows as a leaf fell on Mitch’s arm at the perfect moment.  The couple did not let a tiny bit of rain upset their special day, and besides they say it is good luck to have rain on your Wedding day.  We waited for gaps in the weather and had an fun photo shoot with the awesome bridal party.  After some photos down at the lake with mist and reflections it was time for some serious 4wd off roading up the hill to the large fig tree.  With the music cranking we had some fun with a dance party photo session. From dancing to champagne to the boys and their flowers to the girls lifting up the groom only with a little bit of help.  And of course that amazing huge fig tree.

Then it was back down the hill and to the party in the barn.  Which was perfectly styled and planned by Chantel from Weddings of Noosa and the hay bails collected by Hannah and Mitch really topped it all off.  Mr Entertainment Australia played some awesome tunes while the rain came down heavily as the formalities took place.  Entertaining, humourous and heartfelt Speeches were made and Hannah and Mitch performed their bridal waltz that they choreographed.  Awesome food and drinks by EQuality Catering went on into the night!
