NOOSA WATERFRONT WEDDING
HERE’S TO YOU MR & MRS ROBINSON!
One of those Noosa Waterfront Wedding days that come around in an ordinary life and bring all kinds of awesome! A little over a year ago I had my first meeting with Bec, Geoff and Bec’s parents. I could already tell they were planning for a great day. It was clear we would have lots of fun at the Wedding. Who wouldn’t have fun at a destination Noosa Waterfront Wedding!
Bec and Geoff’s love story began ten years ago. It took Geoff only five years to find the right jeweler to make the perfect engagement ring for Bec.

It was Sunday the 12th March 2017. Finally their Noosa Waterfront Wedding Day had arrived.
We arrived in morning to Geoff looking looking a little nervous with anticipation for the day’s events ahead. Maybe it was because he was about to marry the woman of his dreams?! Fortunately for Geoff he had not one, but two best men by his side to help him hold it together. The “Bromance” was strong with these three close mates. They also helped him pick the best bow tie for the day. The boys apartment was on Gympie Terrace in Noosaville with a private upstairs roof area overlooking the Noosa River. This Wedding was as much about the Groom as about the Bride. Geoff was involved in every part of the planning process. Adding his fine detail touches to compliment his personality. After immortalising some moments and filming Geoff open gifts from Bec, it was time to head over to see Bec and her Bride squad.
When we arrived the adorable flower girls were having flowers put in their hair by Smyths Hairdressing. Everything looked perfect down to every last fine detail. From the gorgeous colourful bouquets organised by First class functions to Bec’s beautiful Wedding gown. Bec looked beautiful with her makeup by Kate Ellen Makeup Artistry. Then it was time for Bec to get into her dress with her bride squad at her side.
Their celebrant “Jay Flood” was waiting with the Boys at Hidden Grove in Noosa for the ceremony. The ceremony was styled beautifully by First class Functions. Geoff was not able to hold it together in the moment he saw his bride walking down the isle with her father. There was few tears from the groom. It was a wonderful relaxed ceremony with the odd joke or two.
Geoff and Bec had their close family and friends there to share the day with them. Most of them have travelled up from Melbourne to celebrate with them. Their 90 year old Grandma was the first out on the beach ready for the group photo.
There certainly was a lot of awesome photo opportunities. Bec and Geoff even got a photo with the lifesavers beach buggy and a few with some of the locals and a photobombing brushturkey. After a week of lightning storms predicted we ended up with an incredible sunset over the Noosa Spit. Bec’s long veil made for some incredible shots also. Then to top it off with an stunning pink sunset over Noosa’s ‘Love locks bridge’. The couple made a surprize entrance by walking across the bridge as it overlooks Noosa Waterfront Restaurant Bar and Grill where their guests were waiting.
At the reception the bridal party made their formal and entertaining entrance. Then it was time for Mr & Mrs Robinson to cut their amazing cake made by ‘Chocolate 2 Chilli’. Some awesome speeches and great work by the MC. An awesome flight attendant style introduction to outline the emergency exits and toilets. Later in the evening Mr & Mrs Robinson had planned a choreographed bridal waltz and then everyone joined in for some dancing and fun! Such a great idea to get everyone on the dance floor. It was an wonderful day to be apart of! Congratulations Bec + Geoff!!
